QUESTIONS

WHY USE ORANGE TOMATO?

Everyone wants to grow a garden full of veggies to enjoy at meals.  But starting good plants from seed is tricky, and often times sustaining these plants for a successful harvest is challenging, too.

No more spindly, wimpy seedlings and no more growing tasteless hybrids from big box stores.

Let us provide you with fun and interesting, healthy, seedlings (purple green beans, icy white cherry tomatoes, anyone?) and a week-by-week guide to reach success.

HOW DO I GET MY PLANTS?

A. We can deliver to the Huntsville and Madison area for $10 during the last week of April.

B. You can pick up your package the first week of May from our farm in the Monrovia area (off Blake Bottom Road), address given upon receipt.

MY GRANDMA USED TO GROW THE COOLEST PURPLE OKRA.  GOT ANY?

There are so many fantastic varieties of veggies.  Please send us suggestions that you want for next year's packages! theorangetomatocsa@gmail.com.

I REALLY LIKE TOMATOES, BUT I HATE GREEN BEANS! CAN I MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS?

You bet, we will try to honor all requests based on availability (no guarantees!). you can make substitutions, just note in your form or send us an email (theorangetomatocsa@gmail.com). As much as we'd like, we can't make a plant appear overnight, so we need advance notice. Also, we will have any extras available during the first week of May for purchase.

PS. Garden beans don't got nothin' on any others. Try 'em!

ARE YOUR PLANTS ORGANIC? HEIRLOOM? DO YOU USE NON-GMO SEEDS?

All varieties are heirloom (no hybrids here!) and are raised with organic methods.  All seeds are non-GMO.
The exception to this is our microtomato plants.  These are still considered hybrid as they are up and coming--I love that they are a great option for limited space and can be used as a centerpiece (who needs flowers anyway?!).
